Terms of Service

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Roles such as farmer, trader or buyer are self-selected; administrative roles are assigned by PromGreen only.

Sellers must accurately describe produce, quantity, grade, unit and price, and must have the legal right to sell the goods listed. Prohibited items, misleading claims and duplicate listings may be removed without notice.

Placing an order creates a binding offer to the seller. Order totals are calculated by PromGreen from the published listing price and cannot be altered by either party. Payments are processed by our payment partner; funds are released against confirmed orders.

Delivery terms are agreed between buyer and seller on each order. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds for undelivered, short-weight or materially misdescribed produce are handled case by case after review of the order timeline and chat record.

No fraud, price manipulation, harassment, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass platform payments, or interference with platform security.

PromGreen is a marketplace and is not a party to trades between users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a trade. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
